Friendly Owners. Great Location. Cute cottage. Mr B, Preston, Lancashire 03 November 2010
I would recommend this cottage 100%. If you like the lights of Skeggness and all the hustle and beer drinking that goes with it then this is not your type of holiday. It is a few miles inland from the chaos of the typical family seaside resort. Which for my family was perfect, I have triplets aged 5 & a 15 yr old...who could just run around in their own plot of Linconshire. Everything you could want was there and as a family we picked a different town to visit each day. Stunning views and stunning lavish cottage with all modcons. Miss. P, COVENTRY 25 August 2010
Wow this is a amazing cottage. First impressions excellent. Hot tub was a hit and cottage had everthing you needed for a relaxing holiday. Close to beach for the children yet quiet location for parents. Mr G, Newark, Nottinghamshire 31 July 2010
Excellent location close to Skegness and Ingolmells, cottage set in own grounds nothing around but field and cows. Suited husband and wife for peace and quiet but close to the seaside for children. Mr G, Newark, Nottinghamshire 31 July 2010
A beautiful cottage in lovely garden, totally private. Peace & quiet!! Mrs D, WREXHAM, Clwyd 18 July 2010
I can not recommend this property enough. It is beautiful inside and the surroundings were amazing. The garden was secure for the baby to play in and the dogs! The surrounding area was full of wildlife and the location ideal for being far enough away from the town to feel like you are on holiday but near enough to not feel you have to spend your holiday in your car. There are dog friendly areas of both beaches and they even got to go in the sea at Mablethorpe. The whole week was fantastic and the owner of the property always on hand and happy to help us. The cottage is beautifully decorated and well equipped and the set off perfectly by the green surroundings but literally a stone’s throw from the seaside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again next year.

Absolutely lovely cottage full of character. Lovely Views. Very tastefully decorated up to a very high standard.
The owners were lovely and so helpful. Would definately recommend it. So peaceful yet only a short drive to many attractions. Mrs N, BIRMINGHAM 28 April 2010
